Dr. Roy Rivera Jr. founded Crom Rehabilitation in 2012 as an alternative to the many generic hospital-based facilities in Houston and most recently rebranded as Elation Physical Therapy. From the beginning, our mission has been to provide top-quality treatments equally to all our patients, no matter their background. After almost a decade of service, we want to take our operations to the next level. Elation Physical Therapy is now franchising! We are a full-service physical rehabilitation center focusing on outpatient therapy. We treat a variety of disorders, including orthopedic problems, musculoskeletal conditions. Our personalized, outcome-driven approach to treatment gives patients the tools and assistance needed to recover in a safe and friendly environment. We are offering storefront franchise opportunities. Prospective locations should be at least 2,200 sq. ft. for franchises without aquatic therapy. Full-service locations should be between 2,500 and 4,500 sq. ft, with an open layout similar to a gym. Franchisees will be granted exclusivity over a 3-mile radius around their franchise.
